I would like to welcome all of you on behalf of Masjid Al-Sahaabah and the Islamic Association of Fort Worth (IAFW).
Please allow us to give our audience; a short history summary of Masjid Al-Sahaabah:
The Islamic Association of Fort Worth is currently running an Islamic Center in the South part of Fort Worth. Due to the sudden influx of Muslims in North Fort Worth in the mid 90's, IAFW established a temporary Musallah in the area. The BlueMound Musallah; a 700sqft clubhouse adjacent to a motel. Since there are hundreds of Muslim families in the area, within a short span this musallah had quickly outgrew the needs of the community. It also lacked the necessary facilities to establish a Madressa.
